Every experiment targets something a business owner will pay for. Demos for their own sake do not ship.
Notebooks and prototypes do not count. If it is not running in production against real data, it is not real.

Self-hosted automotive shop management platform.
A unified RMS built to replace three separate SaaS subscriptions with a single self-hosted system. Dual-write orchestrator keeps data in sync with the incumbent system during rollout. Currently running in production against a 500+ customer dataset.
Full-stack AI marketing and operations platform.
Customer portal, AI service advisor ("Sarge"), AI portrait pipeline (custom-model training → variant generation → scene compositing), and a sync bridge to the legacy RMS. VVR reached top-rated shop in Lake Geneva during buildout — measured in car count and net sales, not posts published.
